A downloadable game for Windows
Sprout is a chilled gardening game about editing the genomes of custom made plants and growing them on a small floating island. Physics governs how the plants grow and interact with each other.
Decorate the island and share your creations in the comments below :)
Made for the SA Physics Jam 2023.
Note that the options menu was imported from the Unreal Engine Autosettings plugin by Sam Bonifacio
For the post jam build, some extra assets were added:
Some megascans Normal textures.
Some icons from Fantasy Icons Megapack by Rexard.

Install instructions
If you're unsure which one to download, the Sprout_Postjam.zip is your best bet.
To run the game, extract .rar or .zip and run GamejamTemplate.exe (I couldnt figure out how to change the name)

A lovely little game I recommend playing! Was a great time working on it and eventually enjoying it. It's very different, and you can do a lot with the editor, and create some really funky things. Here are some of my creations, including my metallic plant dragon dramatically falling off the island. Damn, never thought this game would make me emotional
